Free wet dresser.

Free dead plants.

Free juicer. This one isn't such a bad find.

We have no idea what this is, but it was free.

Free TV and pack of cigarettes. They know how to sell it.

The things we decide to give away as "free" often should be thrown away. Sometimes people give away something valuable and/or interesting though. This marks the beginning of our "free" series, we will continue to post interesting finds and we run across them.

Over the last two weeks, I found a free dresser, put out in the rain to get mushy. A free juicer, supposedly working, but the homeowner upgraded. If I didn't have a juicer, I might have taken this one. Finally, someone was giving away bulbs for bright orange day lillies. As a gardener, I can see how these would be useful for next year's bloom, but to the average eye they look like dead plants.
